• Empowering:  We adopt an open, practical and problem-solving approach.  We work with you to find the best solutions for your business, but we won’t make the decisions for you.  We are happy to share our experience and knowledge, so that everyone learns from the assignment.

Managing Director:  Rosy Edwards BSc, Chartered MCIPD

Rosy has an unusual blend of Human Resources and Information Systems expertise enabling her to combine strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical insight and logic.  Rapid appreciation of the surrounding business issues facilitates her identification of key requirements and priorities.  She is a natural communicator - explaining options clearly to help clients evaluate and select.  When it comes to implementing decisions, Rosy has excellent project management and planning skills, providing clear frameworks for the team to adopt and with which the stakeholders can monitor progress.

Rosy graduated in science at the University of London before taking a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management.  She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  After several years' generalist HR experience she decided to specialise in managing and implementing HR Information Systems, before moving into IS and Business Analysis.  Rosy’s career has spanned a variety of sectors in both private and not for profit organisations.  Prior to establishing R Edwards Consulting Ltd, she worked in pharmaceuticals (The Wellcome Foundation and Coopers Animal Health), legal (Clifford Chance) and social housing (William Sutton Housing Association).
